TBH I'm still new to server and I don't want to get off on the wrong foot here.
But let me try to help you a little bit.
1. Use a Format and colour to make your app stand out from the others.
2. It is to breif the owner/recruiter isn't looking for a long speech but a descriptive detail of why you think you should deserve staff spot.
3. You have one post you need to be active on fourms and game to get noticed.
